ISI president Bryan Young attended an invitation only, small, private dinner and discussion on "Creating Adaptive Organizations." The topic of discussion was the idea that "success lies in changing not the processes or structures, but the "DNA" of the organization itself. " The dinner was attended by executives and high ranking officials from Toffler, Lockheed Martin, Verizon, AARP and the University of Pennsylvania.
